The Mid-Senior Instructional Designer is responsible for independently designing and developing engaging learning experiences, including gamified business simulations, blended learning journeys, and instructor-led programs. This role combines strong creativity, advanced instructional design capability, and hands-on development skills using Genially and other digital learning tools.

The position requires the ability to work semi-independently, lead small–medium projects, and mentor junior designers while collaborating closely with subject matter experts and facilitators.
