Responsibilities:
- Assist in identifying and researching potential customers and business opportunities.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
- Support lead generation efforts through outreach via email, phone calls, and professional networking platforms.
- Participate in warm-calling activities to engage prospects and maintain customer relationships.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute business development strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities using CRM and tracking tools.
- Assist in preparing sales materials, presentations, and proposals for potential clients.
- Follow up with prospects and customers to ensure timely communication and engagement.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and supporting client needs.
- Support the sales team with administrative and operational tasks as required.
Must Have:
- A background in medical, pharmacy, life sciences, or related fields (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- An interest in sales, marketing, and business development.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.
- Ability to work independently and handle rejection with resilience.
