Responsibilities:

  • Assist in identifying and researching potential customers and business opportunities.
  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
  • Support lead generation efforts through outreach via email, phone calls, and professional networking platforms.
  • Participate in warm-calling activities to engage prospects and maintain customer relationships.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute business development strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities using CRM and tracking tools.
  • Assist in preparing sales materials, presentations, and proposals for potential clients.
  • Follow up with prospects and customers to ensure timely communication and engagement.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and supporting client needs.
  • Support the sales team with administrative and operational tasks as required.

Must Have:

  • A background in medical, pharmacy, life sciences, or related fields (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
  • Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • An interest in sales, marketing, and business development.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.
  • Ability to work independently and handle rejection with resilience.
